The Mexican Association of Food Science (AMECA) invites researchers, professionals, students and entrepreneurs to participate in the Congress:
10th Food Science, Biotechnology & Safety Congress
This event will take place from November 16 to 18, 2022, at the Centro de Convenciones William O. Jenkins, located in the awesome and cultural city of Puebla, Mexico.
The Congress will include 6 invited lectures given by leading national and international researchers, as well as oral and poster sessions in which the authors will present their research works within the following areas:
I. Food Biotechnology.
II. Functional Foods, Nutrition and Nutrigenomics.
III. Emerging Technologies and Food Preservation.
IV. Sustainability, Food Processing and Engineering.
V. Food Product Development and Sensory Evaluation.
VI. Food Microbiology, Food Safety and Regulations.

There will also be ample spaces for meeting talented and creative minds that come together to collaborate, share, learn, and network, including social and cultural activities as welcome cocktail, general assembly of the AMECA and artistic performance of Mexican culture.
