The Mexican Association of Food Science (AMECA) invites researchers, professionals, students and entrepreneurs to participate in the Congress:
10th Food Science, Biotechnology & Safety Congress
This event took place from November 16 to 18, 2022, at the Centro de Convenciones William O. Jenkins, located in the awesome and cultural city of Puebla, Mexico.
The Congress included 6 plenary given by leading national and international researchers, as well as oral and poster sessions in which the authors will present their research works within the following areas:
I. Food Biotechnology.
II. Functional Foods, Nutrition and Nutrigenomics.
III. Emerging Technologies and Food Preservation.
IV. Sustainability, Food Processing and Engineering.
V. Food Product Development and Sensory Evaluation.
VI. Food Microbiology, Food Safety and Regulations.

Latin Food 2022
During LATIN FOOD 2022, six plenary conferences, twelve keynotes, two symposia, one discussion panel, and six technical talks were presented. — speakers
Also, 542 presented research works, corresponding to 378 posters sessions and 164 oral sessions divided in the six areas following areas (see the QR code, below):
I. Food Biotechnology.
II. Functional Foods, Nutrition and Nutrigenomics.
III. Emerging Technologies and Food Preservation.
IV. Sustainability, Food Processing and Engineering.
V. Food Product Development and Sensory Evaluation.
VI. Food Microbiology, Food Safety and Regulations.
Moreover, the first three places in each area were awarded for its outstanding quality. — winners
